Oral Antibiotics - Erythromycin

Erythromycin is a macrolide group antibiotic and is used to treat acne, and is available as a topical medication as well as an oral one.

Side-effects are rare, but include:

  • Liver toxicity
  • Pancreatitis
  • Cardiac toxicity
